Amazingly Clean and Well-Located

The room was super clean, and I loved that it felt spacious. The bus stop is just steps away. This made getting around so easy. I could borrow a flat iron, and this was a lifesaver for my clothes. The staff changed bedsheets often. This kept the room feeling fresh.
I thought the noise from other rooms was a bit of a problem. I could hear every little sound from neighbors.

The staff was friendly and professional. I could leave luggage before my flight. The staff was always available. They were very helpful with requests. Staff also helped with directions and travel tips, very good.

the staff was very friendly. i was allowed to check in early at no extra cost. it was very helpful and stress-free (which is always a plus!). i also left my luggage safely after checking out.
sound insulation could be better. i noticed some noise from the hallway and nearby rooms.

the cleaning staff changed the pillow cover every day. they restocked amenities and cleaned the room daily, even in the afternoon. i liked seeing the blue skies from the window. a water dispenser was available at the lobby for free refills, since no mineral water was in the room.
the curtains did not fully block out the street lights at night.
